- Respond to your enquiry and arrange a survey or quote
- Provide the roofing services you request
- Keep records of work carried out
Our lawful basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed: our website host (Vercel), our enquiry-form delivery service (Web3Forms), our email provider (Google Workspace), and our website analytics provider (Google Analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as necessary to respond to you, carry out any work and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them using the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
