Pitched roofing

Pitched roofing done properly

Pitched roofs are the most common roof on homes across Surrey, Berkshire and north-east Hampshire, and getting the detailing right is what keeps them watertight for decades. Tammat Group installs, replaces and repairs tile and slate pitched roofs, from a handful of slipped tiles to a complete strip and re-cover.

Every pitched roof we take on is surveyed first, quoted clearly in writing, and fitted with quality materials to current standards. We handle the whole job, battens, membrane, tiles or slate, ridges, verges, valleys and flashing, so one team is accountable from first ladder to final ridge tile.

What we cover

• Full re-roofs and new pitched roofs
• Concrete, clay and natural or fibre slate
• Breathable membrane and re-battening
• Ridge, hip and verge re-bedding or dry-fix systems
• Valley, flashing and abutment detailing
• Individual slipped or broken tile repairs

Materials, standards and guarantees

We use materials suited to your property’s age and exposure, and fit them to manufacturer and industry standards so the roof performs as it should. Workmanship guarantees are available on selected work, we’ll confirm exactly what’s covered as part of your written quote.
