When you call

1. We answer. Phones are answered 7am–7pm, seven days a week. Call or WhatsApp and you’ll speak to a roofer, not an answering service.
2. We talk it through. Tell us what’s happening, where it’s leaking, any tiles down, whether water’s coming inside, so we know what we’re dealing with and how urgent it is.
3. We make it safe. We attend as quickly as we can and carry out a temporary make-safe, sheeting, sealing or securing the roof to stop water getting in and prevent further damage.
4. We repair it properly. Once the roof’s safe and we can see the full picture, we quote clearly in writing and carry out the permanent repair, so it’s fixed for good, not just patched.

Make-safe first, permanent repair after. A temporary make-safe stops the immediate damage on the day. The permanent repair is quoted and booked once conditions allow us to work safely and inspect the roof properly, often the next day.
