Moss holds moisture against tiles, blocks gutters and valleys, and can lift and crack tiles as it builds up. Regular cleaning and maintenance keeps a roof performing, and gives us the chance to catch small issues before they turn into leaks.

We remove moss and debris, clear gutters and valleys, and carry out planned maintenance visits: a low-cost way to protect the money already in your roof. We avoid the aggressive high-pressure washing that can strip the surface off tiles and do more harm than good.
