Chimneys and the lead detailing around them are where a surprising number of roof leaks start. Weathered mortar, tired flashings and thin, poorly-dressed lead let water track in around stacks, valleys and abutments, often showing up as damp far from the actual fault.

We repoint and rebuild chimneys and carry out proper leadwork, flashings, soakers, saddles and valleys, using the right gauge of lead and correct fixings, so the details that protect your roof genuinely last.
