Complete new roofs
New roof installation
Complete new roofs for new builds, extensions and full replacements, installed to last from deck to ridge.
A complete new roof, done right
A new roof is a major investment, and the parts you cannot see, the membrane, battens, ventilation and flashings, are what make it last. Tammat Group installs complete new roofs on new builds, extensions and full replacements, in tile, slate or flat systems to suit the property.
We handle the whole installation as one accountable team: setting out the structure, laying the covering to current standards, and finishing every ridge, valley and abutment properly, with a clear written quote before we start.
What we cover
- New tile and slate pitched roofs
- New flat roofs to extensions and outbuildings
- Breathable membranes and correct roof ventilation
- Ridge, hip, valley and verge detailing
- Insulation and warm-roof build-ups
- Full strip-and-replacement of old roofs
