About this project
For this single-storey extension we installed a new flat roof, detailing the abutment against the main building so the junction stays watertight. The abutment and wall flashings are where extension roofs most often fail, so we take extra care there.
The deck, falls and edge trims were all set out to drain properly and finish cleanly against the existing brickwork and the neighbouring roof.
