About this project
This rear-extension flat roof was re-built with a fresh covering, proper falls and clean detailing at the edges. Rear extensions are often overlooked until they leak, a sound covering here protects the room below and the walls around it.
We prepared the deck, laid the new membrane and finished the trims so rainwater is carried away cleanly rather than tracking back towards the building.
