About this project
Here we stripped and re-covered a pitched roof and fitted new rooflights as part of the work. Rooflights are a great way to bring light into a loft or top-floor room, but they live or die on the flashing detail around them, get that wrong and they leak.
We formed the openings, fitted the rooflights and dressed the surrounding tiles and flashings so the glass sits flush and watertight. The rest of the roof was re-covered in matching tile for a seamless finish.
